Catering Policies

We kindly ask for 72 hours notice on catering orders so that we may staff accordingly. Short notice orders may incur an extra charge.

Gratuity of 18% will be added to all orders over $500.

All orders must be paid in full at time of order unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

Any cancellations within 24 hours of event will be charged the full amount.

We are happy to accommodate requests for items not currently on our menu if we have the time, knowledge, and equipment to prepare the special order items. However, all special order items must be paid for in full when the order is placed, and will not be refunded due to cancellation.

There is a 5% delivery fee for all catering orders within 5 miles. Deliveries over 5 miles will be a 10% delivery fee. Deliveries over 10 miles will be a 15% delivery fee. Please call for a delivery quote on orders over 15 miles away or for large events.

Chafer sets & fuel, crock pots & beverage dispensers are available for use at no extra charge. The use of our equipment requires a credit card that will only be charged in the event that equipment is not returned or is damaged.

Set up and break down are available for an additional 10%. This includes setting up all serving equipment and food, as well as breaking down all equipment. We will remove only garbage associated with food setup and breakdown. Setup and breakdown does not include tables, chairs, or event waste. Please make arrangements with venue.

Servers are available for an additional charge. There is a 2-server, 2-hour minimum at $15 per hour per server.

Linens are available for an extra charge. Please call for a quote.

All serving utensils and paper supplies are free up to 20 people. After 20 the cost is $5 per additional 20.

Buffet pricing is available for large events. Please call for more information.

We take food safety very seriously. Please be aware that any guests who bring a "dish to pass" to your event may have not prepared or held the food safely. In order to avoid potential illness for your guests, we encourage you to avoid this practice.
